Return Policy

HASSLE FREE RETURNS

Gramercy Kitchen Co. strives to deliver new products we hope you will love as much as we do. Should you instead desire to return or replace your new Gramercy Kitchen Co. product, simply send an email to info@GramercyKitchen.co and we will be happy to assist you.

To be eligible for return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging.

All returned items need to be pre-approved by Gramercy Kitchen Co. Customer Service and issued a return authorization number. Customer Service will then provide the appropriate return address. Gramercy Kitchen Co. will not be responsible for items returned without a Gramercy Kitchen Co. issued authorization number or to a non-authorized facility.

Full refunds are provided on products within 30 days from time of delivery.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Product with obvious signs of use

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is requesting return or exchange more than 30 days after delivery

Shipping fees are non-refundable on all purchases and/or returns.

Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders placed are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours.

We do not process orders on Saturday and Sundays. All orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

ORDER SHIPMENT:

Gramercy Kitchen Co will process the order and send an email with tracking information within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $45*

*within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

STANDARD GROUND U.S. SHIPPING (2-5 BUSINESS DAYS)

U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Most packages arrive within 2-5 business days. (not a guaranteed service)

EXPEDITED AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Faster and international shipping options may be available. Should you see no options in checkout please contact customer service prior to placing an order. Shipping services may not be alterable post-purchase.
